Founded in 1970, New World Development Company Limited ("the Group", Hong Kong stock code: 00017) was publicly listed in Hong Kong in 1972 and is a constituent stock of the Hong Kong Hang Seng Index. A premium brand infused with a unique personality, New World Group's core business areas include property development, infrastructure and services, retail, and hotels and serviced apartments, with a total asset value of approximately HK$481.3 billion as at 31 December 2018. The Group's two listed companies are NWS Holdings Limited and New World Department Store China Limited. New World China Land Limited is wholly owned by the Group.

China Young Leaders Foundation
Founded in 2007, China Young Leaders Foundation is a non-profit organization.
The Foundation provides a platform for young people with diversified cultural backgrounds to communicate and exchange, and promotes the enhancement of art literacy, humanistic literacy and innovation among the youth in mainland China, Hong Kong and other regions.
Through major programmes like “New Youth New World Summer Internship Programme” and “China Discovery” Youth Research Project, young people are encouraged to gain more understanding of the mainland through research and peer communication. In addition, the Foundation collaborates with renowned art institutions, museums and K11 Art Foundation to organize various art education programmes, bringing inspiration and enlightenment to the youth.

Mr.Li Sze Lim
Mr. Li Sze Lim graduated from the Department of Mathematics of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, received an Honorary Doctorate in Business from Macquarie University, and was appointed Justice of the Peace. Currently Mr. Li serves as Chairman and Executive Director of Guangzhou R & F Real Estate Co., Ltd. Mr. Li Sze Lim upholds the noble idea that social responsibility is one of the core values and competitiveness of brand real estate companies in their development and growth. He actively participates in public welfare undertakings. He is the exclusive sponsor the S.-T. Yau College Student Mathematics Contest, and has funded and established the ICCM Sze Lim Lecture Fund. His efforts help discover young mathematical talents. He has donated more than 450 million RMB in culture, education and other fields.
